Mechanical Materials Receipt (Italian Speaker) - Italy

One of our clients is looking for a “Mechanical Materials Receipt” with under the following conditions. Terms and Conditions Work Locations: Basilicata region of Italy Status: Resident Contract Duration: 1 year (Renewable) Working hours: 10 hours per day Minimum requirements· Good knowledge of material used in Oil & Gas industry (each one in his own discipline)· At least five years of working experience· At least three years of working experience as technician or supervisor in the relevant trade (mechanical)· At least two years of Oil & Gas field experience (in spare parts or materials management) Roles & Responsibilities · Mechanical and Control, all the activities required for receipt of spare parts andmaterials delivered to COMPANY for stock or direct use.· This SERVICE to be performed mainly within COMPANY warehouse should include the following functionalities:· Control of Material including: verification of packing, of certificates, of consistency with terms of order (designation, quantity, etc.); control of condition, of suitability for use; testing, when applicable.· Technical receipt in the SAP based Material Management Computerized System including: populating the computerized system, coordinating with the Stock management team and end user for technical and administrative matters.· Reporting and archiving including statistical analysis, defect reports issuance and follow-up, etc.· Other similar functions as required.
